Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business day and usually arrive within 9-15 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email us and we'll take care of it.

Yes. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, usually within 1 business day. You can also track it any time on our Track Your Order page using your order number and email.

Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first update after you receive the link. If it's still showing nothing after that, email us and we'll check on it.

We want you to be happy with what you buy. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Just head to our Returns Policy for the steps and we'll take it from there.

If something arrives damaged or faulty, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full. You won't need to return it.

If your tracking hasn't updated in a while or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, get in touch and we'll chase it up with the carrier.
